Jamaica Crime News, Clarendon: The Jamaica Constabulary Force say they have now commenced an investigation surrounding the shooting of a bus operator in Spaulding, Clarendon during a confrontation with the police on Tuesday, February 5.
A police officer was also physically abused during the incident.
During the aftermath of the confrontation, a police service vehicle was seriously damaged and additionally security presence had to be called in to restore calm to the area.
The JCF say they are now asking members of the public to cease from interfering with police officers while carrying out their lawful duties.
In the meanwhile, Mckoy’s News have learnt that the bus driver who is known as “Short Boss”, has gone through surgery and is now at hospital in stable condition.
