Port-of-Spain, Trinidad (McN) – A Jamaican man was found in Porto-of-Spain suffering from stab wounds – he later died at the Port-of-Spain General Hospital in Trinidad.
Reports are that allegedly a Jamaican man who was reported to be staying at a guess house in San Fernando, Trinidad was involved in an altercation on Monday Night, which left him suffering from stab wounds – that he later died from in a Trinidad hospital.
According to Police reports, the victim, identified as 33-year-old Khaliq Blake, Jamaican national was pronounced dead on Tuesday morning by the Port-of-Spain General Hospital, where he was taken by Emergency Health Service on Monday night.
Blake is said to have hailed from Norman Drive in Kingston, Jamaica.
The Trindad and Tobago Police state that they were called to a guest house along Alberto Street, Woodbrook about 11:00 pm on Monday night, where Blake was found bleeding from what appeared to be multiple stab wounds.
Blake was rushed to the Port of Spain General Hospital by the Emergency Health Service.
He succumbed to the injuries and was pronounced dead on Tuesday morning.
The body of Khaliq Blake will undergo an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
The Port-of-Spain Police are investigating.
