Wrestling icon Hulk Hogan, born Terry Gene Bollea, has died suddenly at age 71 after suffering a massive cardiac arrest at his home in Clearwater, Florida this morning. Paramedics rushed to the scene around 9:51 AM, but he was later pronounced dead at Morton Plant Hospital.
This comes just weeks after undergoing major neck surgery. Friends say he had been in good spirits—making his passing all the more shocking.
Hogan was a six-time WWE Champion, Hall of Famer, movie star, and the face of ’80s wrestling. Fans across the globe are devastated.
