Westmoreland, Jamaica (McN) – The Sav la mar police in the parish of Westmoreland are now carrying out investigations into the shooting death of four men in Bath District on Saturday night.
Dead are: Carl Banhan, 54-year-old; Timothy Bernard otherwise called “Tim,” 24; Demario Mcintosh, 19-year-old and Glendon Nannan, 68-year-old. All of Bath District in the parish of Westmoreland.
Reports are that about 9:00 pm on Saturday, the four men were among a group of men at a shop and restaurant in
Bath District.
Minutes later four men rode up on motorcycles; the two on the pillions jumped from the bikes and brandished handguns.
The gunmen opened fire on the crowd shooting all four men to their upper bodies.
The gunmen then made their escape on the waiting motorcycles followed by which the wounded men were rushed to the Sav la mar Hospital where all four were pronounced dead.
