Gas Pump Attendant Gunned Down: A 31-year-old gas pump attendant was tragically gunned down in an early morning attack at her home in Pepper District, St. Elizabeth, on Tuesday.
The victim, identified as Sherine Farquharson, was at home with relatives when they heard a series of explosions.Startled by the noise, the relatives fled the building and took cover in nearby bushes.
According to reports, three men forced their way into Ms. Farquharson’s bedroom. Alarmed, Ms. Farquharson shouted at the intruders and attempted to shut the door, but they managed to kick it open and fired several shots at her.
After the gunfire ceased, the police were alerted to the scene. They discovered Ms. Farquharson’s body under her bed in a pool of blood, with several gunshot wounds.
The investigation is ongoing as authorities search for the perpetrators of this brutal attack.
