Defending champions Frazsiers Whip continued their dominant form in the Jamaica Women’s Premier League after delivering a commanding 11-0 win over Springers United at Irwin High School over the weekend.
The victory marks their eighth straight triumph, keeping their flawless record intact and strengthening their hold at the top of Zone “B” and the overall standings.
Forward Christina Salmon led the offensive charge with an outstanding six-goal performance. She found the back of the net in the 15th, 51st, 61st, 69th, 75th, and 85th minutes, overwhelming the opposition with relentless attacking play.
Additional support came from Shanel Spence, who netted twice, while Danishca Rattray, Shauntai Pryce, and Nevillegail Able each added a goal to complete the one-sided contest.
With a maximum 24 points, Frazsiers Whip remain firmly in control and continue to look like strong contenders for the title.
In Zone “A”, Arnett Gardens maintained their lead with a decisive 6-0 win against WiFi United. Tuanashae Hamilton scored twice, while Shikira Douglas, Abigail Mullings, Suen Gregory, and Sacha-Gay Brown also contributed goals.
Elsewhere, Proven Girls secured a narrow 1-0 win over Cavalier, Real Mona defeated UWI Women 2-0, and Los Perfectos beat Federal United 4-1.
The match between Mile Gully and Real Mobay ended without a goal.
