Four Men Shot Over Shop Quarrel in Clarendon

Clarendon police are investigating the shooting and wounding of three men at Slim Lane, Curatoe Hill, Clarendon, on Wednesday night.

According to reports, around 8:40 p.m., the men were gathered at a shop in the community when a white Nissan Tida pulled up. Two occupants of the vehicle brandished handguns and opened fire on the crowd.

The gunmen fled in the car afterward. Police were called to the scene and found the injured men, who were then transported to the hospital. They are currently being treated and are in serious condition.

Residents in the area have indicated that the shooting occurred following a dispute related to a newly constructed shop. Allegedly, the construction of the new establishment has impacted the business of an existing shop nearby.

Police are continuing their investigation into this recent gun attack.
