Former Aide Testifies Diddy Kidnapped Her at Gunpoint in Plot Against Kid Cudi

NEW YORK, NY — Explosive testimony rocked the federal sex trafficking and racketeering trial of music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs on Tuesday, as a former senior employee alleged the artist threatened her life, kidnapped her at gunpoint, and forced her to take part in a plot to harm fellow rapper Kid Cudi.

Capricorn Clark, who served as the global brand director for Bad Boy Entertainment, took the stand in what has become a high-profile trial filled with disturbing claims about Combs’ alleged two-decade reign of abuse and intimidation.

Testifying in a packed courtroom, Clark described a chilling episode from December 2011, when she said Combs, angry over rapper Kid Cudi (Scott Mescudi) dating singer Cassie Ventura, allegedly stormed into her home armed and demanded she accompany him to “kill Cudi.”

“He had a gun in his hand and told me to get dressed,” Clark recalled, her voice trembling. “He said, ‘We’re going to kill Cudi.’”

Clark said she was forced into a black Cadillac and driven to Cudi’s Los Angeles residence, where Combs and a bodyguard entered the home while she remained in the car. She called Cassie to warn her, saying, “He brought me here with a gun to kill Cudi.” She added that she could hear Cudi in the background exclaiming, “He’s in my house?”

According to Clark, when Combs returned to the car, he seized her phone and demanded to know who she had called. Moments later, upon hearing Cudi’s vehicle approaching, Combs and his security team allegedly fled the scene, halting their pursuit after spotting nearby police.

Afterward, Clark claimed Combs threatened his entourage, ordering them to convince Cudi he hadn’t been involved: “If you don’t convince him it wasn’t me, I’ll kill all of you,” she quoted him as saying.

Clark’s testimony adds to mounting allegations from multiple witnesses in a case that federal prosecutors say reveals a sprawling criminal enterprise orchestrated by Combs. The 55-year-old hip-hop icon is accused of leading a racketeering operation involving sexual abuse, intimidation, and violent retribution.

Clark also recounted the fear she felt during her first day on the job in 2004, when Combs allegedly took her to Central Park late at night and threatened her life over past associations with rival artists. “If it becomes a problem, I’ll have to kill you,” she testified he said.

She went on to detail a harrowing experience weeks later in which she was allegedly held in a nearly empty Manhattan building and forced to undergo five days of lie detector tests after diamond jewelry she was carrying for Combs went missing on a flight to Miami. Clark said she was warned, “If you fail this test, they’re going to throw you in the East River.”

Clark was employed by Combs off and on between 2004 and 2018.

Combs has pleaded not guilty to the charges, which include multiple counts related to sex trafficking, physical abuse, and conspiracy. If convicted, he could face 15 years to life in prison.

The trial continues this week as more witnesses are expected to testify.
