Hanover, Jamaica: Fatal Road Accident – Investigators from the Area One Accident Reconstruction Unit are probing a fatal accident that claimed the life of a man in Orange Bay, Hanover, on Wednesday night.
The deceased has been identified as Dean Brady, of Mount Airy in Negril, Westmoreland.
According to police reports, at approximately 10:20 pm on Wednesday, the deceased was driving his Toyota Voxy bus from Green Island to Negril.
Upon reaching a section of the Orange Bay main road, he collided with the rear of a blue international truck that had broken down and was parked across the right lane toward Negril.
Brady collided underneath the rear of the truck, suffering severe injuries, and was rushed to the Noel Holmes Hospital in Lucea, where he was pronounced dead.
