Jamaica News, February 23, 2018. Elderly St Mary Man Fatally Stabbed
A man who is said to be of unsound mind stabbed his father to death in Annotto Bay, St Mary on Thursday, February 22.
He has been identified as Leslien Miller, vendor of Dover District, Annotto Bay, St Mary.
Reports are that at about 7:45 pm, Miller and his son got involved in an argument when he was stabbed multiple times by his son.
The wounded man was rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
His son was taken into custody by the police. It is understood that a psychiatric evaluation is to be carried out on the suspect who is believed to be mentally unstable.
