Drama at Fairview

A drama is continuing to play out atop the Scotiabank building at Fairview Shopping Centre, where a man has been refusing to come down.

He has two pieces of metal in his hands and though fire personnel and police are encouraging him to come off the roof, he has not responded positively.

Dozens of people are at the scene at the high-end shopping plaza waiting to see how this will end
