Duncans, Trelawny – Trelawny police are investigating the discovery of a decomposed body found in bushes near a roadside in Duncans on Sunday. They suspect the deceased may have been involved in a motorcycle crash nearly two weeks prior.
Investigators believe the man was likely thrown from his motorcycle during an accident and landed in the dense vegetation, where his body remained undetected until its recent discovery.
The deceased has been identified as 44-year-old Tristan Jones of Wakeland Drive, Falmouth. Jones was reported missing since Thursday, April 3, after attending a wake in Duncans.
Jones’s motorcycle was found in close proximity to his body, further supporting the police’s theory of a motorcycle crash.
