How to deal with a mental family member

“I have a sister who has mental disabilities and she is always getting pregnant even though she never leaves her room. I had always been thinking how strange it was and I have finally figured out the problem.
Whenever she becomes heated it does not matter where she is, she will climb on the bed and raise her buttock to the window where men in the community now come and have sexual relations with her.
How do I help keep my sickly sister from defiling herself?”
Response by Shena Carty: Where are the babies? You have options. Put bars on the windows or have her put on birth control. From a non-medical stance, I would suggest an IUD.
