Jamaica Crime News, Kingston: Contractor Murdered – A Contractor was shot and killed by gunmen in August Town, Kingston 7, on Sunday, March 17, and an illegal firearm discovered on the scene.
The deceased has been identified as 23-year-old Mark Harris, otherwise called ” Redman” a Contractor of August Town Road in Kingston 7.
Reports by the police are that about 9:50 p.m. on Sunday, a team of officers were on patrol in the area when they heard gunshots coming from the directions of August Town Road.

The lawmen went to investigate and stumbled upon Harris who was lying along the roadway in a pool of blood, with multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body.
While processing the scene, the lawmen discovered a Kel-Tec 9mm semi-automatic pistol fitted with a magazine containing seven live 9mm rounds.
