The realm of a dominatrix, is a fantasy for many as people are often thrilled with the idea of being in control in the bedroom, while others like the idea of being controlled. One woman took it too far as she capitalized on a dominatrix extortion, which is really the negative and illegal side of being that character.
Fatin Ann Ward of Waterbury, Connecticut, was arrested and charged with second degree larceny, voyeurism with ,malice and disseminating voyeuristic materials.
The dominatrix extortion business, after a repeated customer of Mount Kisco, who paid $250 for her service, was being threatened with the release of photos if the client didn’t pay some $10,000. The man reported that he already made two payments totaling more than $5,000, but that wasn’t enough for the female Dominatrix, so he reported the matter to the police as she was about to post it on sites where his families and friends could see it.
Despite the client paying her more than half of the $5,000, the dominatrix extortion scheme went further, when she sent the videos and text messages to his wife of him being at her apartment.
The police listened and recorded the phone call, the man called Ward who confirmed their deal, but threatened that she could also send the videos to the man’s children.
When police showed up at her door to search her home as part of the extortion investigation, Ward denied threatening the man, but admitted he had not come through with a promised amount of money.
Ward, whose last known address was an apartment at 3260 E. Main St., is being held on a 100, 000 bail. The man further reported, the negotiation included “$200 for a cellphone, $220 to get her hair done, gifts for her children and enough to cover her cellphone bill,” he man told police.
That conviction forced her to register as a sex offender in the state of Connecticut, as well as South Carolina where she was convicted of an attempted lewd act on a child.
