Clarendon, Jamaica (McKoy’s News) – Clarendon Wanted Man Fatally Shot: a man who was featured on the list of most wanted men in the parish of Clarendon was shot and killed by members of a joint military patrol at a section of the parish on Monday morning, February 19.
The deceased has been identified as Nico Walters, otherwise called “Speckles”. Walters was being sought in connection with several shooting incidents within the parish.
The police report that about 11:00 a.m., on Monday, a joint military team acted on intelligence received and went to a section of the Effortville community.

On reaching the area, the police stated that they were challenged by a group of men and the fire was returned.

Following a search of the area, the wanted man was discovered suffering from gunshot wounds.
He was transported to the May Pen Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
