Jamaica Crime News, Clarendon: A 24-year-old Clarendon man died on Thursday, October 18, after spending several days at hospital nursing injuries he received in a motorcycle accident, which occurred along the Ballard River main road in the parish on Sunday, October 14.
The deceased has been identified as Sean Brown, construction worker, who hailed from Baptist district also in Clarendon.
Reports by the Chapleton police are that last Sunday, Brown was riding a Zhujiang 150 motor cycle along the roadway.
On reaching a section of the Ballard River main road, the driver of a Toyota Corolla motor car, turned in his path and crashed into Brown’s motorcycle.
Brown sustained head and body injuries, and was transported to hospital where he was admitted in critical condition.
He succumbed to his injuries after spending five days in intensive care.
