Chef Held with 2500 Pounds of Ganja in Buff Bay, Portland

Latest Jamaica News, Portland (McKoy’s News): Chef Held with 2500 Pounds of Ganja – A team of officers attached to the Area 2 Narcotics Division arrested and charged one man in connection with the seizure of 2500 pounds of ganja, in Buff Bay, Portland, on Friday October 4.
The accused is 49-year-old Cranston White, a chef of Norwich district also in Portland.
$36-Million Ganja Bust in St Mary
Reports by the Norwich police are that about 11:20 p.m., lawmen were on operation in the area when they intercepted a Toyota minibus, which was being driven by White.
A search of the bus led to the seizure of the drug which has an estimated street value of $12-million Jamaican dollars.
