Jamaica News: Body of Tour Operator Discovered in Westmoreland – The decomposing body of a popular Westmoreland tour operator was discovered at his home in Llandilo Housing scheme in Savannah la Mar, Westmoreland, on Thursday, January 17th.
The deceased has been identified as 64-year-old, Clive Bernard, otherwise called ” Buffalo ” who resides at Llandilo Phase 4.
Reports by the Savannah la mar Police are that about 10:30 p.m., on Thursday, a Tennant who occupies a room on the same building as Bernard, smell a foul odor coming from the directions of Bernard’s room and raised an alarm.
The police were summoned, and upon their arrival, they forced their way inside his apartment, and Bernard was found in a decomposing state, while slumped over his bed.
The scene was processed, and the investigators disclosed that they did not detect any sign of violence, but they will now have to wait on a post mortem examination result to determine the cause of death.
Bernard was last seen alive earlier this week.
