Biker Killed in Motorcycle Crash: A 26-year-old biker from Key West, Florida, USA, who resided in Montego Bay, St. James, died from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident along Howard Cooke Boulevard in Montego Bay, St. James, on Saturday.
He has been identified as Tye Waterfield, otherwise called ‘Trigger’, who worked as a Dive Master in the resort area of Montego Bay.
Reports indicate that around 4:00 a.m., Waterfield was riding his blue 2018 Kawasaki motorcycle along Howard Cooke Boulevard, heading from Queens Drive towards Bevin Avenue, when he lost control of the bike and crashed into a rail wall.
He sustained head and body injuries and was rushed to the hospital, where he was treated and admitted in critical condition.
Waterfield succumbed to his injuries about two hours later on Saturday.
