The Savanna-La-Mar police are currently searching for a gunman who critically injured a well-known auto body repairman in Georges Plain, Westmoreland, on Sunday, Father’s Day.
The victim, identified as 40-year-old ‘Humpy’, resides in Three Miles River, Westmoreland, and is currently battling for his life at Savanna la Mar Hospital.
Reports indicate that around 6:10 pm, ‘Humpy’ was seated in his Toyota Axio motor car outside a business establishment in Georges Plain when an assailant approached and fired multiple shots at him before fleeing the scene.
Upon receiving the report, police arrived to find ‘Humpy’ inside his vehicle, suffering from several gunshot wounds. He was immediately transported to the hospital, where he remains in critical condition.
