Another Westmoreland Man Dead

Westmoreland, Jamaica (McKoy’s News)- Another Westmoreland Man Dead: Police personnel in the parish of Westmoreland are now carrying out investigations surrounding the shooting death of a man in the Grange Hill area on Sunday, September 17, 2017.

Dead is 27-yr-old Steve Spence, unemployed of Burnt Savannah also in Westmoreland. Reports by the Grange Hill police are that shortly after 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, residents living in the Freeman Town area of Grange Hill alerted the police after hearing a barrage of gunshots being fired in the area.

The lawmen rushed to the location and on arrival they stumbled upon Spence’s body which had multiple gunshot wounds and was lying along the roadway in a pool of blood.The scene was processed and Spence was transported to the Sav La Mar Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
