Ak-47 Rifle Seized in St Ann 

Jamaica Crime News, St Ann: The St Ann’s Bay police in the parish of St Ann, have reported that they have managed to seize an AK-47 Rifle and several rounds of ammunition at a premises in the area on Monday afternoon.

Reports by the police are that shortly after 5:30 p.m. on Monday, April 30, a team of officers carried out an operation at a section of St Ann’s Bay known as Lime Bottom.

During the operation, a premises was searched and the AK-47 Assault Rifle along with a magazine containing 7 live rounds was discovered hidden underneath a piece of plastic.

The weapon was retrieved and no one was arrested in connection with this latest seizure.
