MANCHESTER, Jamaica — The Christiana police are probing the murder of a man in Craighead district, Manchester, on Saturday night.
Dead is 28-year-old farmer Chevroy Dunwell of Babson district in Colleyville, also in the parish.
Reports are that about 9:40 p.m., Dunwell was in the area when he was pounced upon by unknown assailants who opened fire, hitting him.
He was assisted to the Percy Junor Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Police say a motive for the killing has not yet been established.
