A young man has died in a motorcycle crash along the Little London main road on Wednesday morning. He was allegedly struck from his motorcycle by a motor vehicle.
The deceased man has been identified as 27-year-old Okeeno Smith, a labourer of Little London, Westmoreland.
According to police reports, at approximately 8.20 a.m, Smith was operating his motorcycle along the roadway, when a motor vehicle swerved onto his path.
Smith allegedly lost control of the motorcycle after which he crashed into a wall.
He sustained multiple injuries and was taken to a hospital, where he later died.
The police are continuing their investigations to locate the driver of the other motor vehicle for questioning.
