St. Catherine, Jamaica (McN) – A St. Catherine man charged with sexually assaulting and impregnating a 12-year-old girl will be sentenced on March 24.
Christopher Robertson, 25-year-old laborer of Polly Ground District, in Ewarton, who was reportedly charged with sexually assaulting and impregnating a 12-year-old girl, will be sentenced on March 24.
Robertson pleaded guilty at the St Catherine Circuit Court on Monday to two counts of rape and one count of having sexual intercourse with a person under 16. .
The accused was captured by the Ewarton police in March of 2016 after eluding the police for several weeks, following the reports that he allegedly raped a child on several occasions.
He was found hiding in the ceiling of his house when the police nabbed him.
