21 Year Old Man Dies in Motor Cycle Accident in Westmoreland

Jamaica News: A 21 year old man died from injuries he sustained in a motorcycle accident which occurred along a section of the Sterling main road in Grange Hill Westmoreland on Friday morning.

The deceased has been identified as Jevaughn Campbell, unemployed of Bucknor’s Lane in Grange Hill, Westmoreland. Reports by the Grange Hill Police are that, shortly after 9:00 am, on Friday July 6th, Campbell was test riding a motorcycle along the Sterling main road from the directions of Grange Hill Square towards Frome.

On reaching a section of the roadway in the vicinity of Dr. Sterling office, he lost control of the motorcycle which crashed head-on into a Toyota Fielder motor car which was travelling in the opposite direction. Campbell sustained head and body injuries and was rushed to the Sav la Mar hospital where he was pronounced dead.
