MANCHESTER, Jamaica — A teenage boy is reported to have drowned at Alligator Pond on Wednesday, in an incident that has left residents of the coastal community in shock.
Preliminary reports indicate that the victim, believed to be 16 years old, went swimming in the sea shortly before the tragic incident occurred. His lifeless body was later seen lying on the sand as residents gathered at the scene.
