Jamaica Crime News, St Ann: Otiphany Russell Missing – An Ananda Alert has been activated for 14-year-old Otiphany Russell, of Bamboo district in St. Ann, who has been missing since Wednesday, November 28.
She is of brown complexion, stout build, about 160 centimetres (5 feet 3 inches) tall and has a mole on her cheek.
Reports from the Bamboo Police are that about 6:30 a.m., Otiphany was last seen her community, wearing her Girl’s Guide School uniform: a royal blue tunic and a pair of black shoes and socks. She has not been heard from since.
Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Otiphany Russell is being asked to contact the Bamboo Police at 876-972-6237, Police 119 emergency number or Crime Stop at 311.
