St James, Jamaica (McKoy’s News) – St James Murders: a total of 102 people have now been murdered in the parish of St James and the Montego Hills police were again alerted the latest murder scene on Tuesday morning, May 16.
The victim has been identified as Codmar Whyte, 34-year-old of Bottom Pen.
Reports are that, about 1:30 am on Tuesday the victim’s family members were at home in Bottom Pen when they heard a barrage of gunshots being fired on the outside of the house.
The Montego Hills police were alerted and upon arrival, the victim was discovered lying in the yard in a pool of blood with multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body.
He was transported to the Cornwall Regional Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
