Latest Jamaica News, St Mary: 30-year-old, Andrew Evans, otherwise called ” Yardie” of Waterford in Portmore, St Catherine, died by drowning in a section of the Spanish River, in Cascade, St Mary, on Saturday.
Reports by the Gayle police are that about 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, Gayle and four other friends were swimming at a section of Spanish River when he met into difficulties.
His friend managed to pull him from the water and tried to revive him. He was later transported to hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
