Jamaica News: Fans in Western Jamaica have begun giving up hopes on Wadadah’s football team possibility of making it back to the National Premier League football competition. With two losses from two matches, the Montego Bay based team has decided to start winning from tomorrow Sunday June 10 when they travel to St Catherine to face second place on points, Dunbeholden.
The match will start at 4 pm at the Dunbeholden Complex in St Catherine. The home team (Dunbeholden) must be given the edge based on form and home advantage. Wadadah fans were pleased with the team’s performance in the playoff at Jarrett Park in May (last month) when they got pass high riding Faulkland FC 6-5 on penalties.
However, the biggest embarrassment came at their Jarrett Park home on June 3, in their opening match against KSAFA champions Barbican, who they went down 0-.3.Then again on Wednesday June 6 they loss away to Mount Pleasant 0-2.
The other match of the afternoon will see leaders on goal Barbican on four points facing Mount Pleasant at Draxhall in St Ann also starting at 4 pm. This match could go either way as both teams are in good spirit.
