Two Murders in 24 Hours in St Elizabeth

Latest Jamaica News, St Elizabeth: The St Elizabeth police is now carrying out investigations surrounding the murders of two men within the parish, over a 24-hour period on the weekend.
One of the victims has been identified as 25-year-old Pete Ebanks, otherwise called “Big Head”, a construction of Brumpton district, while the identity of another victim who hailed from Fifes Pen community, has been withheld.
Reports by the police are that about 7:20 p.m. on Saturday, July 20, Ebanks was in his community when he was attacked by unknown assailants, and shot to death.
The police were summoned and the scene was processed. Ebanks was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The police have confirmed the murder of another man in Fifes Pen, but Investigators say they are unable to provide adequate information at this early time.
