One man was shot dead, and another shot and injured, close to Half-Way Tree Transport Centre in St Andrew on Thursday night, November 28.
He has been identified as 37-year-old Dwayne Williams, alias ‘Toyan’, of Riverside Drive in Papine, St Andrew.
Police reports are that about 9.34 pm, Williams was standing with another male, in the vicinity of the transport centre along Constant Spring Road, before being approached and shot by gunmen.
Both Williams and another man transported to hospital where Williams was pronounced dead at hospital, and the other man was admitted for treatment.
Investigation continues.
