Jamaica News, April 11, 2018 – Two Clarendon Goat Farmers Murdered

Clarendon, Jamaica (McKoy’s News) – The Hayes police in the parish of Clarendon say they are now in search of two men, for questioning in connection with the double murder of two goat farmers in the area last Thursday afternoon, April 5.

The investigators also stated that they believe the victims, 74-year-old Altimand Harrison of Raymond District and 55-year-old Vincent Hudson, otherwise called ‘Renard” of Bog District, may have been murdered because of the location where they brought their livestock to graze on Thursday.

It is reported that earlier on Thursday, both men who are goat farmers left their home with over 45 goats and set out for a pasture land in Raymonds community.  They were not seen or heard from during the course of the day. Following a search of the bushes, their bodies were discovered about 5:00 p.m. that afternoon.

Both victims had multiple chop wounds all over their bodies and their throats were slashed.

Our news team also learnt that prior to them being killed, both farmers were warned that they should cease from allowing their goats to feed in that particular area.

Also it was made known that the men who are now being sought by the police are also said to be farmers.
