Hanover, Jamaica (McN) – As the murders continues to rise in the western parishes of Jamaica, another community was again sent into a frenzy as the news of the three Hanover business owners murdered spread among the residence.
Mckoy’s News have confirmed that two businessmen and a business woman were shot and killed at their business places in Diaz District in Hanover on last night Friday, March, 25.
The victims have been identified as Noel Mairs otherwise called Rudy, 51-years-old and his common law wife Marcia Johnson, 50-years-old and Peter Hitchinson, 46. All of Diaz District.
Reports are that about 8:00pm on Friday, Mairs and his common law wife were at their chicken and chips restaurant which they operates in Diaz Square when a group of armed men entered the building.
The gunmen then opened fire killing them both immediately.
The gunmen then walked a few feet to a Bar and Club operated by Hitchinson and sprayed the establishment with gun fire killing him on the spot.
The gunmen then made their escape in a waiting motor car.
The Kingsvale and Lucea police were summoned and upon arrival all three victims were transported to the Noel Holmes Hospital in Lucea where they were pronounced dead.
