A teenager allegedly slashed a 54-year-old man’s neck from ear to ear after performing oral sex on him, authorities said.
Job Israel Davila-Rangel, 17, was arrested Saturday in a grisly attack that left his lover, Gonzalo Molina, in critical condition, news station KENS reported.
The teen reportedly was pleasuring Molina around 2:30 a.m. at a residence when he “decided what he was doing was not right,” according to mySanAntonio.
“[Davila-Rangel] said something came over him, and he began to stab [the victim] repeatedly,” police said in the report.
Molina told investigators that the teen “became wild with no warning” before assaulting him.
Paramedics rushed the man to Brooke Army Medical Center, where he was treated for multiple wounds, including a cut across the neck from ear to ear.
Police arrested Davila-Rangel on suspicion of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
He was booked at Bexar County Jail on $75,000 bond.
