Montego Bay, Jamaica (McKoy’s News) – Man Fatally Shot in Granville: The Granville police in St James is now carrying out investigations to determine the motive surrounding the death of a man who was shot and killed in Granville on Tuesday afternoon.
The dead man has been identified as Evan Curling, Mason of Fuller District also in Granville.
Reports are that, about 3:30 pm on Tuesday, residents in Fuller alerted the Granville police after hearing a barrage of gunshots being fired in the area.
Upon the arrival of the police, Curling was discovered lying in a pool of blood outside his gate with multiple gunshot wounds to his body.
He was transported to the Cornwall Regional Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Since the start of the year, 132 persons have been murdered in St James.
