Missing St Catherine Teen Decomposed Body Found in Shallow Grave

St Catherine, Jamaica (McKoy’s News) – Teen Decomposed Body Found: The gruesome discovery of a St Catherine teen’s decomposing body has sent his family in shock after he was found in a shallow grave in Welch Heights district, Spanish Town, St Catherine on Monday.

He has been identified 16-year-old Courtney Sterling of Lauriston, St Catherine.

It was reported that Sterling, a student of Spanish Town High left home on Friday to print some documents for his SBA projects relating to his CXC exams, however, he did not return home.

Further reports are that about 10:30 a.m. on Monday, residents saw a body protruding from a shallow grave. The police were summoned and upon arrival, the scene was processed and the body removed to the morgue.

The Spanish Town police are continuing their investigations.
