St Ann Man Dies Months After Brutal Chopping Attack

A St Ann man who sustained severe chop wounds to the head in a violent attack three months ago has died from his injuries.

The deceased has been identified as 58-year-old Richard Brown, a labourer from Eltham in Ocho Rios, St Ann. He passed away Wednesday night while receiving treatment at the St Ann’s Bay Hospital, where he had been admitted since the incident.

Reports indicate that around 2 p.m. on February 27, Brown was at his residence when he was ambushed and viciously chopped in the head.
