The National Works Agency (NWA) is advising the public that a section of the southbound carriageway of Hagley Park Road, in the vicinity of Budget Supplies, will be closed this weekend.
The closure, which will be in effect from midnight Tuesday, February 13 to midnight Wednesday, February 14, 2024, is to facilitate the replacement of metal grating close to National Commercial Bank.
During the period of the works, the slip road from the direction of Waltham Park heading to Portia Simpson Miller Square will be closed to vehicular traffic.
Vehicles wishing to access Spanish Town Road are being advised to use alternative routes.
The NWA is advising motorists to exercise caution while traversing the area, during the period of the works, and to obey the instructions of flag persons and posted warning signs.
