Six new lawsuits have been filed against music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, accusing him of a series of sexual assaults involving men, women, and a minor.
Filed anonymously in federal court in Manhattan, the lawsuits include allegations of molestation, rape, and drugging. One John Doe claims Combs molested him at age 16 during one of the rapper’s white parties in the Hamptons in 1998. Another Jane Doe accuses Combs of raping her in a locked hotel room in 2004, while several others allege similar assaults between 1995 and 2021.
These cases follow Combs’ recent arrest on sex trafficking and racketeering charges. He faces accusations of running a network that exploited victims, including coercing women into sexual acts through blackmail and violence. The criminal case has led to Combs’ detention at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn since September, with judges repeatedly denying bail. His legal team continues to deny the allegations, labeling them part of a “reckless media circus.”
The lawsuits form part of a larger effort, with over 100 individuals expected to bring legal action against Combs, according to attorney Tony Buzbee, who represents many of the alleged victims. The accusers seek justice for incidents spanning more than two decades, marking a significant legal and public reckoning for the hip-hop star.
