Restaurant Supervisor Charged with Stealing Over $3.6 Million Worth of Patties and Cocoa Bread

St Ann, Jamaica: Restaurant Supervisor Charged – A 34-year-old restaurant and pastry supervisor in Ocho Rios, St. Ann, has been arrested and charged by the police for allegedly stealing over $3.6 million worth of patties and cocoa bread from 2023 up to this year.

The accused woman, identified as Shana Llewellyn of Exchange District in Ocho Rios, has been charged with Larceny as a Servant and Simple Larceny.

Reports indicate that a manager at the restaurant observed that since July of last year, inventory had gone missing and carried out an audit.

The audit revealed that revenue amounting to over $3,659,742 was missing.

The police were called in, and following an investigation, Llewellyn was taken into custody and subsequently charged.
