Reggae artist Fantan Mojah has been hospitalized in Martinique after experiencing breathing difficulties and a tightness in his chest shortly after arriving on the island on Wednesday.
Due to his health issues, Fantan Mojah, known for his hit single “Stronger,” will be unable to perform at the Reggae Therapy Festival 2024 in Martinique on July 12 and 13.
“He will definitely have to miss the Reggae Therapy show this weekend. Plus, the doctors said he cannot get on a plane for the next three weeks, so he is going to miss another show in French Guiana,” a source close to Fantan Mojah confirmed. “We were supposed to fly out on Sunday, so we need to let his fans know that he is alright but he won’t be able to make these engagements.”
Fantan Mojah is renowned for tracks such as “Stronger,” which has garnered over 30 million views on YouTube, as well as “Rasta Got Soul,” “Most High Jah,” and “Nuh Build Great Man” featuring Jah Cure.
