Police have arrested and charged a 49-year-old Portmore construction worker in connection with an alleged sexual relationship involving a 15-year-old girl who had been reported missing.
The accused, Craig McIntosh, has been charged with sexual assault of a person under the age of 16.
According to police, McIntosh was part of a team of construction workers carrying out repairs to Manning’s School in Westmoreland following damage caused by Hurricane Melissa.
The circumstances surrounding the alleged relationship and the girl’s disappearance are under investigation.
