Portland Taximan Kills Himself after Allegedly Stabbing Painter Dead

Portland, Jamaica (Mckoy’s News)Portland Taximan Kills Himself: Portland Police say a taxi operator identified as a suspect in the murder of man last Saturday, has committed suicide.

The deceased is  identified as Garfield McDonald otherwise called Archie.

Reportedly McDonald was found hanging from a tree in Lewis, St. Ann on Monday morning, Dec. 4.

Reports are that at about 3 p.m. on Saturday, McDonald and Kadian McKenzie, a 36-year-old painter of Fairy Hill in Portland, had an altercation in Prospect, Port Antonio.

Allegedly McDonald used a knife to stab McKenzie multiple times in the neck.

McKenzie was pronounced dead at hospital
