Kingston East detectives have intensified efforts to apprehend 30-year-old Kerrin Bailey, also known as “Bones,” who is being sought in relation to a fatal shooting in St. Andrew last year.
Bailey is wanted following a violent incident in the Jack Vale District of Bull Bay on November 13. According to law enforcement, residents reported hearing loud explosions in the area around 8:30 p.m., prompting a police response.
When officers arrived, they discovered a man and a woman suffering from gunshot injuries. Both victims were transported to hospital, where the man, identified as 28-year-old truck driver Rai-Ronaldo Fry, later succumbed to his injuries. The female victim was treated and listed in stable condition.
Investigators subsequently named Bailey as a person of interest and later classified him as wanted in connection with the killing. The police are once again urging him to surrender to authorities at the Elletson Road Police Station without delay.
Bailey’s last reported address is on Talmania Avenue in Harbour Heights, Kingston 17. Police further indicate that he is known to frequent areas including Bull Bay, Harbour View, and parts of St. James.
