Jamaica Crime News, St James: The St James Police say they have now made a breakthrough into the identity of a man who lost his life in a motor vehicle accident, in which four persons were also injured along a section of the ACS Coombs Highway, in Montego Bay, St James on Tuesday morning, April 23.
Dead is Devon Bailey, higgler of Haughton Grove in Ramble, St. James.
Reports by the Freeport police are that, shortly after 3:20 a.m. on Tuesday, Bailey along with the driver and three other passengers, were traveling in a Toyota Camry motor car from the directions of Montego Bay towards Hanover.
On reaching a section of the Bogue leg of the Highway, the rear tire of the vehicle blew out resulting in the driver losing control of the vehicle, which ran into a ditch and crashed on the side.
The unidentified driver along with Bailey and the other three passengers sustained head and body injuries and were rushed to the Cornwall Regional Hospital, where Bailey was pronounced dead and the other wounded passengers admitted in serious condition.
