The Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) has named Deandre Dominic Williams, otherwise called “Yankee”, “Yanks” or “Streetlife”, as wanted for murder.
Williams, a deportee described as speaking with a foreign accent, is said to be armed, dangerous, and on the run.
Investigators say Williams is a key suspect in several violent and major crimes, including:
- Robberies
- Car theft
- Carjacking
- Murder
He has ties to 4 Nanny Boulevard, Kingston 3, and 68 1/2 Chisholm Avenue, Kingston 11, but police believe he moves around frequently.
Williams is said to frequent Nannyville, Stony Hill, Chisholm Avenue, and Swallowfield. He also reportedly makes use of motels and guest houses across the Corporate Area to evade capture.
The JCF is appealing to the public for information and has urged persons to call 119, the nearest police station, or the St Andrew South CIB if they have any knowledge of Williams’ location.
“Do not approach him. He is considered armed and dangerous,” the police stressed.
Lawmen are also urging Williams to turn himself in immediately, warning that resistance will result in serious consequences.
