The police are investigating a shooting incident that took place in Mango Valley, St Mary, on Monday.
Preliminary reports suggest that the incident stemmed from a dispute between a man and a woman at a residence in the community. During the altercation, a neighbor reportedly intervened after hearing cries for help. However, the situation escalated, leading to the discharge of two rounds from a licensed firearm.
Fortunately, no one was shot during the incident. Authorities have not disclosed whether any arrests were made, but investigations are ongoing.
